Ingredients
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 Tablespoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper
1 lb hamburger meat
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 large red onion, sliced
12 party size hamburger buns
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a bowl, mix the hamburger meat, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Form into several mini burgers.
2. Put the burgers on a skillet or a grill. Put the red onion slices around the burgers to allow them to cook.
3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste.
4. Remove the burgers and the onions when done. Drain the grease from skillet. Toast the buns in the skillet or the grill until your liking.
5. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the bottom of the bun. Put the burger on top of the mayonnaise and then the onions and the top bun.
6. Serve it with potato chips or homemade fries.
